The meetings are from 12:00pm to 1:30pm.
The first 10-20 minutes is for administrative issues (e.g. if we are going to vote on an issue we'll discuss it and vote on it in the first half hour). The rest of the meeting is dedicated to the scheduled discussion, speaker, or presentation.
