Nick Padilla is an Associate Attorney with NM Divorce & Custody Law LLC where he practices exclusively in family law. He has always had a passion for practicing family law and assisting clients with their family law needs. Nick strives to advocate for all clients and provide representation in a manner that is effective and aimed at helping solve their problems with the best possible outcome.

He was born and raised in Espanola New Mexico. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of New Mexico in Psychology and has remained in Albuquerque ever since. He knows that everyone’s problems are unique and approaches each issue in a thoughtful and insightful way.

Nick is a University of New Mexico School of Law Alumni. During his time in law school, Nick focused heavily on Family Law studies as well as conflict resolution through mediation and collaborative family law. With those tools under his belt, Nick is devoted to ensuring that disputes are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.
