Bob Matteucci is a board certified family law specialist, with a statewide practice in the area of divorce and family law. He has an MBA from Tulane University, and a law degree from the University of New Mexico. Bob is a native New Mexican, who understands the unique problems, both legal and emotional, that clients face in the divorce process, and he is a strong advocate for his clients. His practice includes divorce, child custody and support, property division, alimony, and division of retirement funds.

As a collaborative family law attorney Bob strives to help clients work through the divorce process with the least amount of conflict. His goal is to help family members, both parents and children, build different, but healthy relationships so that a functional family can exist during and after the divorce process is complete.

Because of Bob’s career prior to practicing law as a business owner (Shoes on a Shoestring – largest women’s retail shoe store in the US) and an educational background that includes a master of Business Administration (Tulane) as well as substantial business law coursework, Bob has specialized competencies in family law matters that include business interests.
